Add OpenReview.net support

I know they currently don’t support it. However, I’m hoping to gain some steam within the community about this feature request.

Currently, this is THE place for top quality AI/Deep learning papers. This is an initiative to break away from the paywall model of publication. Also, all the papers submitted (and not accepted) papers are also in the open. Check it out as an interesting model of open review and publication.

I checked out openreview.net, and it does not seem that they provide article meta data in an easily accessible way. Including a few meta tags in the header, would help Paperpile as well as other service (also Google Scholar) to import from this source.
