Hello, I am having problems gaining access to folders my students have shared with me. The error message I get is “The shared folder could not be found — it may have been deleted or shared with your non-Paperpile address”. The other teacher in my class is gaining access to the folders without any problems. The folders being shared are being shared to my Paperpile address. Does anyone have any insight into this problem?

Can you check the invitation email and compare the email address it was sent to, to the email address that shows up on the top right in Paperpile (in the dark bar next to the cog.)
Do they match up?
