In the process of writing a large manuscript, I began work with Chrome and then later used Safari. PaperPile appears to work well with Safari initially. PP finds and inserts citations properly; however, when citations and the bibliography are updated and formatted, PP frequently (25-30% of the time), inserts not only the specified reference, but also the previously cited one. That means that many incorrect, double citations occur.
