There’s a new open access platform called PubPub and I’d love to import articles from there. An About page can be found here: http://pubpub.media.mit.edu/pub/about
Right now it is only used by a new MIT journal (http://jods.mitpress.mit.edu/) but as I understand it, they want to open source the platform, so everybody can use it.
