Renaming Google account email breaks docs plugin

I have renamed the Google Apps email that I used to register fro Paperpile. Everything is working fine, except for the Google docs plugin. Is it possible to rename the Email that is registered with Paperpile or transfer the subscription to a different email address?

Can you contact us via the in-app messenger with more details so we can have a look at it? What exactly does not work with the plugin?

I will also have a look what we can do with the subscription. There is no problem keeping the subscription intact but I have to check the details about the email address. Actually it’s only the second time we have a customer changing the email address of a given Google account. We fixed various things back then but the user was on a site license so I have to check how this works best with an individual subscription.
