I am not sure what is going on. Anyone else has this problem? I don't know if this is due to some SSL changes on the paperpile side and their interaction with our corporate firewall, or something else.
We have not changed anything with the certificates recently. We have another user from an institution at Cambrige/MA. We could not figure out what the problem is. There are some weird logs suggesting some routing/proxy of the institution firewall. Can you send us an email to email@example.com to check if it's the same issue.

All "Partner" hospitals in the Boston area are affected by this. After some updates to their firewall Paperpile can't be reached. There is not much we can do on our side. We hope that can be resolved soon as it affects quite a number of users (some of these hospitals have Paperpile site licenses).
I am happy to report that this problem appears to have been resolved!
