A simple database browser that is compatible with mobile platforms is a very easy thing to build. Why have we been waiting and waiting and waiting? It doesn’t need anything but basic review functionality. Please advise.
I understand waiting is not fun…
However, as I explained in some detail in another thread (see Support for mobile devices ) it’s not “very easy”. Actually, we found it extremely hard to get an even mediocre web experience with PDFs on mobile.
So we gave it up and spent these resources on proper mobile apps. And we will announce the first private beta soon. We are talking weeks not months at this point.
