A common workflow for me is to highlight some text in the paper I am reading and then copy paste it into a document where I am collating relevant excerpts on whatever topic I am working on.
Whenever I highlight text in the beta annotations viewer and press command-C, the selection is lost and I have to select again to highlight.
It would be nice to not lose the selection when copying. Alternatively, if there was an option where highlighting text allows automatic copying into the clipboard, that would be great.
