Need help to disable code in the exported PDF

Hi,

I really need help, I’m in the middle of the work. Last night I just happen to know that in my exported Google Docs PDF file, everyone can see edit or delete my citations in that G Docs.

I still cannot manage to do this :>

What should I do?
