New Error Message

Over the past week, I’ve been getting the following error message when trying to open PDFs:

The requested file could not be loaded.
Please try again, contact Paperpile support or visit Troubleshooting for help.

Any suggestions?

That can happen if you are using multiple computers but have not synced your files to Google Drive. Please got back to the compute where you downloaded the file and click the little Drive icon on the top right.
