How to add "city" as well as publisher for "book" citation?

There doesn’t seem to be an option to add that field in the main record?

Oops – is this what the “address” field is for?

FYI, at least for National Academy Press books, this field (Washington, D.C.) never seems to be filled automatically from the various databases I’ve tried (Crossref, Google Books).
