I can annotate the pdf on Paperpile all the time. But today I can’t do anything and the pdf showed the “View only”. My account is active now, I don’t know how to fix it.

Having the same issue. All options blanked out, can’t annotate or highlight. Reinstalled extension on chrome only to find I now cannot sync with my google drive and/or access any of my pdfs stored there via paperpile.

Thanks for the reports. We have been experiencing intermittent communication issues with our server since yesterday; the team is still working to get things sorted. Will post updates here.
