Add the ability to download your own CSL citation style files

I would like to download a custom csl file that I have previously uploaded.
The only options I can currently see are delete and upload.

Paperpile is truly awesome BTW,

I clearly see the use case for this. We will add support for this with the next release of Paperpile.
