I have been using PaperPile.com for my source organization and citations. It works well and stores the attached files in Google Drive but is geared for academic papers. I would like the same features but with the ability to add my multimedia directly to database. Ideally, when inserting a picture or video the citation and metadata would follow. I have tried with a .JPG and receive the error that it is not a supported filetype.
You can attach any file type to a reference. So if you want to store a picture, first create a new reference in your library and then click the little paperclip icon on the entry in your main list. You will see a link to attach files.
