Hi,
I got a Boox Note2 (an e-ink Android device), which is otherwise ideal for reading academic papers and books, but loading the Paperpile app and especially opening any PDF in it is extremely slow. It takes about 1-2 minutes to open a PDF that takes just a second or two to load on my smartphone. Other apps open the same PDFs quite fast on the Note2 (Adobe Acrobat, GDrive Viewer, NeoReader or even Mendeley).
Any idea what’s wrong?
