I have just purchased the Academic licence for Paperpile and I think it is in the stage to completely replace Zotero with all its extensions. Great work. One thing that I didn’t like is that when I extract markup annotations from a PDF file, it paginates the annotation as if the pdf starts from page 1 although the PDFs from journals sometimes start from the page from where they are taken from the jounal which is a very important feature when inserting citations inline.
It would be a complete whole if this could be achieved, namely the annotations to follow the page number of the real position of the text in the jounarl and not start from the number 1.
