Hi, I use paper pile with word. I recently changed the style in a paper to APA7th to meet the requirements of a diff journal. Paper pile is putting in the month in the in text citation which is incorrect. Each time I ask it to update the citations, it reverts to that after I fix it in text, so I need to fix it in paperpile. thanks.
Welcome to our forum, @Amanda_Sisselman. To help us reproduce the issue, are you writing in Google Docs or Word? Can you share some example references with us where the month appears in the in-text citation through our in-app messenger, or by emailing support@paperpile.com? You can do this by selecting the references in your library by clicking the checkboxes next to the titles, and from the 3-dot menu, select Share.
Alternatively, you can share the document with us. We won’t share or keep it beyond troubleshooting, but if privacy’s a concern, you can make a copy, delete most of the text and leave the in-text citations — we just need to see their code.
Hi yes - will do thank you!!
