Hello,
I have three formatting issues with APA style in Google documents when referencing/quoting in text
There should be a comma between the author and the date.
Correct: Wilson, 2009, p. 257
Paperpile: Wilson 2009, 257
The page should be indicated with a “p.”
Correct: Wilson, 2009, p. 257
Paperpile: Wilson 2009, 257
The authors are not ordered alphabetically if more than one is referenced.
How can I fix this? Thank you so much!!

It looks like you are looking at the blue placeholders. Go to Paperpile --> Format citations, in the Google Docs menu, to apply your style.

Additionally, the “and” should be a “&” for in text citations. Please see the correct citation style here: http://www.librarydevelopment.group.shef.ac.uk/referencing/apa.html
Thank you for your help

We are well aware of the specifications of the APA style. I appears that you document is using a different style. Please go to Paperpile --> Citation style, in the Google Docs menu, to change the style. Then format the references again.
