My Paperpile app will not sync it just says “there was an error syncing your library”. Happens on my android phone as well as my android tablet. Same error on both.
Thanks for reaching out here as well as via chat, @Paul_Vanags. As we discussed over there, signing out and back in of the apps resolved the issue.
No, it does not fix the issue, it is a workaround. Using this workaround, everything I’ve done in the app is lost if I sign out before the syncing takes place. And the sync error happens again soon after I login again. Tried on both an older Android, and a new one.
Do you have any updates from the last four years, since this issue has not been fixed?
Welcome to our forum, @leomrtns! Apologies for the delay here—has this continued happening for you? Uninstalling / reinstalling the Paperpile app and restarting the device(s) could also help. Signing out/in did work for the OP (who has not reported further issues since then) and there’s been no other recent reports of this behavior.
