With this error
Thank you for sharing the screenshot, @jwynn9154. First, try restarting your browser (in Chrome, you can type chrome://restart in the address bar and the browser will restart and reopen all your tabs of the current profile).
Next, check the Paperpile extension you have installed. Go to chrome://extensions and check that the version is 1.5.1164. If you have an earlier version, you can update it manually in the chrome://extensions page:
- Turn on the Developer mode toggle in the top-right corner of the page.
- Click the Update button that appears near the top of the extension list.
- Turn Developer mode back off once the updates finish.
If the error persists, can you give some more information about the error you are experiencing? Is the Paperpile button in Claude not opening the menu when you click it, or something else? I’ll share these details with our engineering team.
