Auto-dowload from IACR ePrints

It would be nice if Paperpile could auto download cryptography papers from IACR ePrints repository. IACR ePrint system is something like arXiv but only for cryptography.

For example, Paperpile couldn’t auto download this paper:

That shouldn’t be too difficult. We will see if we can fix this with the next update.
