Here’s a typical view of my paper note. I link to a Google Doc of the related project, and to a Notability which I use for handwritten notes. It would be nice if I links could be made clickable. Right now, my link looks the the hyperlink with anchor past correctly from Google Docs, the cursor changes when I hover over it, but I can’t click on it.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, @Yaroslav_Bulatov. Your screenshot shows a helpful example, and I can see why clickable links in notes would be important for your workflow.
At the moment, links pasted into paper notes can look like hyperlinks (including the cursor change on hover), but they aren’t clickable. That’s a known limitation of how notes are currently rendered.
I’ve shared your feedback with the team, since making links in notes fully clickable would definitely improve cross-tool workflows like the one you described (Google Docs and Notability).
