Bibliography ordering problem in MS Word extension

Thanks in advance for your help.

I’ve been a very satisfied user of Paperpile and the Word extension, and have completed my PhD thesis with these tools. All was well until I started using track changes for corrections and now the references are not correctly ordered in the order they appear in the text. I see from previous threads that you’ve been working through bugs in this area.

If you could help me, that would be greatly appreciated. I’m using the latest plugin (v0.8.1) and emailed support on the 11th July with the source document and log files that you’ve requested from other users.

Thanks and best wishes
Stuart

Welcome to our forum, @Stuart_Kenny, and thanks for the follow-up here. I have replied to your original email so we can continue troubleshooting by that via. Apologies for the delay.

Just to follow up - Vicente has been supremely helpful and now I can’t replicate the problem. So either it simply was my mistake or something that has been flushed out by refreshing the bibliography. Either way, I’m good. Thank you.
