Hi, I use Paperpile with Obsidian together to manage the notes I take while reading papers.
The citation plugin for Obsidian requires the absolute path for pdf files in order to open them - right now the current path being exported is the relative path. Is there anyway that this can be changed to the absolute path of files?

You are correct, @Mika_Long - only the relative path is exported in our current set-up. There’s no option to change this at the moment as we’re unable to provide an absolute path, nor do we plan to for now. I’m afraid the only workaround for now would be writing one’s own script to this end, which would require some technical knowledge.
