Bigger Size Selection Box

Maybe this is only me, but I was wondering if it is possible to make the selection boxes larger?
That would make the selection of papers and assign folders more convenient.

Papers can be selected by clicking on their title or in any whitespace in that paper’s block. To select multiple papers, hold the shift key while clicking on them.

Are there checkboxes elsewhere which are too small? Do others experience this inconvenience?

Thank you for your reply. Select paper part is OK. The part I often make mistake is after I selected paper, to apply folders or labels. Those checkboxes are a bit small.

I’ve been running into this issue a lot trying to apply labels; it really should be larger

Thanks for adding to this thread, @MNO. I want to make sure I understand the issue correctly. When you say the selection box for applying labels “should be larger,” could you share a bit more about what feels too small?

For example: Do you mean the label dropdown menu is too narrow, or something else? Any screenshot or short description will help us identify what you’re experiencing.

I often select multiple papers to apply labels using the checkboxes. If I miss the checkbox on one paper it will unselect everything but the paper I’ve accidently “clicked” by missing the checkbox. A larger (wider/taller) checkbox would make it easier to prevent this mistake.

Thanks for sharing, @MNO; this is helpful feedback. It sounds like you’re selecting multiple papers to apply labels, and a missed click is causing your selection to reset. That does sound frustrating, and I can see how larger checkboxes to click could help.

Just in case it’s useful: you can click anywhere on a reference to select it and you don’t need to rely solely on the checkboxes. You can also use Shift-select to choose multiple references: Hold down the Shift key while clicking references in the list with your mouse, or hold Shift and use the arrow keys, to select a range at once.
