Is anyone else with a Samsung Galaxy tablet having problems of saving their annotations? Whenever I exit and reenter the saved PDF all of the annotations are gone. The Mac plugin works fine but this is somehow only affecting my Galaxy tablet. It gets pretty annoying whenever I am working outside, I always need to use an external pdf-viewer. I just want all sources and annotations all in one place.
Welcome to our forum, @Chipa and thanks for reporting this. This is a known issue affecting annotations on Samsung Galaxy tablets, and we’re sorry for the frustration.
Our team is currently working on a major overhaul of our mobile apps on both Android and iOS that addresses this at an architectural level, rather than applying a temporary fix. The goal is to make annotation syncing much more reliable and consistent across browser, phone, and tablet.
