Can't access Paperpile in Android app

Hello,

I recently got the invitation to try the android version of Paperpile and installed the application on my tablet (Samsumg Tab S6, Android 9) but since my documents did not load, I tried to disconnect and reconnect the session; however, I get the message:

“No Conection, You need to be online to sign-in. Retry”

My internet connection is good and “retry” does not seem to do anything. I’ve tried re-installing the app but it leads me to the same message. Any suggestion?

Yes, we’ve had a bit of a delay but the fix is ready and should be implemented on the coming days. Apologies for the longer wait.
