When I try to open a PDF of a paper in the android app with paperpile’s own PDF viewer and then try to open the PDF in an external app, I get the following message and cannot open it.
“There are no applications installed that can open PDF documents.”
My environment is as follows
Model: Pixel 6
Android version: 14
Paperpile app’s version: 1.3.8
The following apps are installed as PDF viewers:
Thanks for the report and details. There might be some permissions configuration or something similar in the device blocking the function, we don’t have a Pixel on our end to try/share specific advice but I would recommend having a look around Settings, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the Paperpile app just in case. Let us know.
I am also having this issue on a pixel 8Pro. None of the above recommendations helped.
