Ive gone into the PaperPile folder in my google drive but none of the PDF’s in my paperpile account. There are two sub-folders- starred and trash- and neither have any pdf’s in them.
Do the PDF’s in my paperpile account not automatically save to google drive? I want to be able to annotate with the metadata but because theyre not showing up, its not working.
Your papers should appear in sub-folders sorted alphabetically. Please make sure that you have turned Google Drive sync on (click the little drive icon on the top right). All files should be synced automatically. If they don’t appear, can you try to click ‘Start Sync Now’. If they still don’t show up just send us a short message directly from within Paperpile (the question mark on the bottom right) so we can check your account.
