When I try to select citations for export, the system will let me check a few of the boxes and then quite randomly it will cancel out my previous selected citations. I have tried this over and over again, with the same result. The number of citations it allows me to check before canceling previously selected citations out varies, but inevitably it happens. This problem has been going on for quite some time now (over a year), and I haven’t been able to find anything similar in the post history.
Any tips would be appreciated!

It sounds like the issue you are having is with selecting references in your library in our web app. In Paperpile, clicking anywhere on a reference selects only that reference and deselects any others. To select multiple references individually, you can use the X key on your keyboard, which toggles each reference on or off without affecting your other selections. For selecting a range, hold the Shift key and click.
