I’m having an issue trying to format my citations in Google Docs, specifically with Chicago 18th Edition Author Date style. When trying to format citations I get an “Whoops — an error occurred during processing” error. This does not happen when I use other citation styles and I’ve already tried all common troubleshooting steps.

@suzanne, any update on this? Given that Chicago 18th Edition, is the primary citation style used by my academic program it has been very difficult to use Paperpile with the bug.

I checked in with our team and this issue should be fixed @Ben. First make sure your extension to the latest version (v1.5.953). Can you give it a try and let us know how it goes?
