I added a citation on the Chrome version of paperpile and now all of my citations in Word are (Citation Error)
Thanks for the report, @Anthony_Amend - is this still the case? When you say you added a citation on Chrome, do you mean to your library? Have you restarted Word and the plugin?
If the issue persists, please send us the plugin log file via chat or email (support@paperpile.com) so the team can investigate. The easiest way to find the log is through the “P” icon on Word > Preferences > Send Log File, then attach the paperpile-logs.txt file to your message.
