Citing Kindle Location NOT page number

Hi. It has been a while and I have returned back to my writing project.

I am wondering how to cite a Kindle Location and not a page number.

ATM, I am using Paperpile and Google Docs. When I insert a citation, in the dropdown box I get page, paragraph and a whole other bunch of options. I do not get Kindle Location or Location. Is there some way to either add this or to edit the list manually to provide such an option? (See attached screen grab).

Nice to hear from you again, Stephen. It is not currently possible to customize the available list, although the request has come up before so I’ adding your +1 to the topic on our tracker. In the meantime, adding the location info to the Suffix field in that same edit dialog could be a suitable workaround.
