I need to contact support (for billing issue, so I do not want to post about it in the forum) but when i click the contact support link from the question mark menu in Paperpile nothing happens. There is no error message or other recognition of input.
Thanks for reaching out here, @nhultin. Do you have an ad blocking extension installed? To open the Contact support link in Paperpile, you’ll need to whitelist the Intercom messenger. Alternatively, you can contact us directly with your billing query by emailing support@paperpile.com.
