Convert google doc to word while preserving paperpile

Hi,
Is there a way to export a google doc with references formatted in paperpile to a word doc that also has references formatted in paperpile?

Failing this, I found a link that explains how to export google doc with references formatted in paperpile to a word doc with references formatted in endnote. However, the key function, “export with endnote references” doesn’t seem to be available on the toolbar anymore? Has it been disabled in new releases of paperpile?

Welcome to our forum, @Doris_Tsao! There’s an extra step in the conversion from GDocs to Word (and viceversa). Once downloaded, open the document in Word and click the Paperpile tab > Convert from > Google Docs:


As you can see, there’s an Export to Google Docs option in that same menu for the opposite process.

I am doing exactly this but I am getting: Runtime error 5981 Could not open macro storage. What could I do?
