Hello everyone,
My colleagues and I have built a collection using a Shared Folder, and now want to replicate it in a Shared Library. What is the best way to do this that will preserve the sub-folders?
Thanks in advance,
Deanne

Thank you for your question, @Deanne_DiPietro. You will need to re-create the shared folder and subfolders structure in your shared library. Please note we currently have a limit on how many references can be moved at once from your personal library to a shared library. If the shared folder has fewer than 100 references, you can drag the shared folder to your shared library, which will create a copy of the folder and its subfolders in your shared library.
If you have greater than 100 references per shared folder, you will need to import them in batches of 100 or fewer. You can do this by re-creating the folder and its subfolders in your shared library, then go to your personal library, select the references in batches (for example, you could use the filter menu to apply filters like “Has PDF” or “No PDF” to select small sets of references) and then drag those into the folder or subfolder in your shared library.
