Could you update proxy for my uni please

Hi, could you please update the dropdown for my uni. They have changed from https://ezproxy.nottingham.ac.uk/login?url= to https://nottingham.idm.oclc.org/login?url=

The dropdown uses the old format which is broken (see my screenshot below). Obviously, I figured out how to change it manually but I’m thinking of other people who may not have.
