Do other Paperpile users find they get directed to a captcha screen when searching Google Scholar?

It’s not unlikely that there is a connection. Also if you do many web lookups in the Google Docs plugin you might hit Google Scholar more often than they like.

Google Scholar automated queries

I’ve started being blocked from Google Scholar on a regular basis. I expect this might be due to Paperpile. Could you please let me know if this is likely to be the case and if there is any way of stopping it from happening. The message is: " Google Sorry… We’re sorry… … but your computer or network may be sending automated queries. To protect our users, we can’t process your request right now. See Google Help for more information. "
