I would like to clean up my library and delete all existing labels and folders. Before I do this, would you please confirm that the associated papers would not be deleted? Thanks in advance!
It’s absolutely safe to delete a folder or label. You need to explicitly select an option if you also want to delete the papers inside. Also they are moved to the trash from which you always can restore them.
You cannot undo deleting a label though.
