Does the Paperpile icon still exist in the google doc menu bar?

I recall there being a nice “P” icon in the toolbar of Google Docs. Clicking it allowed you to insert a reference. Is this feature removed or is there a way to reveal it that I’m missing?

It used to be in the second row of tool here, towards the right, near “Editing”.

Figured it out! You must be logged in for it to appear, whereas the right-hand thing that you get when choosing Add-ons > Paperpile > Manage Citations shows up whether you are logged in or not.
