How can I correct this error? or is it a bug?
Thanks for reaching out, @Bukuru_Nturubika. I’m guessing you’re using our Word plugin? Could you share more details of what you were doing / trying to do when you got the error?
If the issue persists, please send us the plugin log file so the team can further investigate. The easiest way to find the log is through the “P” icon on Word > Preferences > Send Log File , then attach the paperpile-logs.txt file to your message.
