Right now, if I export a BibTeX, it lists the author middle initials without a period: “John A Smith”
How can I get it to export BibTeX authors as “John A. Smith”?
I know this is possible with other citation style exports but I can’t figure out how to do it with BibTeX.
@peterparity Welcome to the Paperpile community! There isn’t a way to export the author middle initials with a period to BibTeX in Paperpile. Usually, the bibliography style file (.bst file that you include in a LaTeX document) will determine if a period is included after the middle initial of an author.
