Is there a way to export my Paperpile references/papers to Mendeley?

You can use the Export tab in the settings menu (upper right) to export your library or the triangle menu which appears when you hover over a folder or label in the left hand panel to export their contents.
There is currently no way to convert Paperpile references in a document to Mendeley references.
