Help Transferring Sources to Microsoft Word

Hello,

I have been using paperpile in google docs and it has worked perfectly. However I am trying to transfer my citations to a microsoft word doc using the template the journal I will be publishing in requires. I was able to add the paperpile extension into word and most of my citations transfer but I am missing about 20 of them. I need help figuring out how to get them all transferred so that they match with my google doc. Any help is appreciated. Thank you! =)

Welcome to our forum, @Sabrina_Salvatore! There’s an extra step in the conversion from GDocs to Word. Once downloaded, open the document in Word and click the Paperpile tab > Convert from > Google Docs:

Let me know if you were already doing that, or if there’s anything else.
