Highlight over / click on citation: Show title or View in Paperpile

Dear all,

What do you think about the following:

On hovering of a citation in Google Docs, show a pop-up with the title of the paper.

Another approach would be to have a quicker shortcut link to view a citation in Paperpile.

This has two advantages:

  • It quickly shows the user the title in a new tab
  • And it allows the user to quickly access the PDF content

Yes, I also miss a quick way to view a reference and access its PDF within Google Docs.

Maybe the highlight over can show “Edit | View in Paperpile | View PDF” links?
