Right now, you can already export highlights and annotations from a single PDF, but it sounds like you may be asking for something that works across multiple papers at once. Could you share a bit more about what your ideal workflow would look like?
To export highlights and annotations from a single PDF to a PDF, plain text, Markdown file and other formats, in the side panel of the PDF viewer, click Export, and choose the output format from the options at the top of the window that opens.
