How to Cite an Act of Parliament (Harvard)

According to How do I reference an Act of Parliament in Harvard style? - LibAnswers)%20*%20Available%20at:%20URL%20(Accessed:%20date)

I should create a reverence like this:
Health and Social Care Act 2012, c.7. Available at: Health and Social Care Act 2012 (Accessed: 17 September 2018).

But paperpile wants to put a date in, regardless off the reference type, e.g.

Health and Social Care Act 2012, c.7. (no date) Available at: Health and Social Care Act 2012 (Accessed: 17 September 2018).

So how do I stop this “no date” from appearing?

As an alternative, is there some way to add the whole reference manually?

The (no date) appears in the reference in the bibliography because the Harvard citation style is an author-date style, meaning both author and date are required for the in-text citations and reference list. We get our citation styles from the CSL repository. You could edit the Harvard style to fit your needs by going to the CSL editor and searching for the citation style you wish to modify.

After modifying the style, you can download the CSL file to your computer and upload it to Paperpile via Settings > Citation styles . It will then be available to use in Google Docs and Word.
