How to do 3+ authors wt al. in Vancouver

Hello, I am asked to only keep a max of 3 authors and then use “et al.” in Vancouver. Is there a way I can do that automatically (rather than manually)?

Thanks for the query, Flor, and apologies for the delay getting back to you here. If it’s still helpful: there are many versions of Vancouver available via the Citation Style dialog. One that lists 3 authors and then et al is Springer - Vancouver.

If that’s not suitable, I would recommend testing other versions - the one you need might turn up.
