How to sync annotations between iPad App and Web App

Hello:

I firstly download the paper and then make some annotations on it. All operations are done within Paperpile for iPad and no third-party app involved.

However, I find that my annotations are not synced back to Web App, even though the Google Drive Sync is enable.

What else could I do to sync annotations between iPad and Web? Any help is appreciated :slight_smile: .

Welcome to our forum, Creling! Is this still the case? Annotations should sync in real time between mobile and web. Have you restarted the app, perhaps signed out and back in just to see if there’s any change? Please let us know.
