Import from Sente?

I am trying to import my Sente 6 library into Paperpile by exporting my library as BibTeX then importing that into Paperpile then adding all the PDF files from the Sente data directory. However so far I’m finding that Paperpile will not link most the PDF files I upload to the original references so I now have a whole load of PDFs and a whole load of references…

So is there a better way to import from Sente or is there a way to merge the reference with the PDF and reference with the actual data in Paperpile?

I am sorry for your trouble here. It would help a lot in debugging if you could provide an example entry of the BibTeX file and send it to andreas@paperpile.com. Does Sente offer export in RIS format? If so, could you send an example entry from the RIS file, too?
